Explore the Rise Rooted Childbirth Course
This course is an invitation to prepare for birth in a way that nourishes both your body and your spirit. Through stories, reflections, mindfulness practices, and grounded guidance, you’ll explore the inner and outer terrain of labor. We offer you tools, not just to cope—but to meet birth with presence, curiosity, and care.

Your private Client Portal is where you'll find important forms to fill out and anything related to your services with us. It’s a secure and easy way to manage all the details related to your care and journey with us.

Contacting Your Doula Team

As your doula team, we always love hearing from you! Below are some reminders to help you know when and how to contact us. We are here to help you navigate any changes, answer questions and support you with any decisions. Keep in mind, for any non-urgent messages, we may take up to 24 hours to respond.

  • Email

    • Email us with anything that isn’t time-sensitive.

    • Updates after each visit with your care provider

    • Changes to your birth plan, pregnancy, medical state, or care in any way

    • Requests for resources or referrals

    • Your GBS status once you have received test results

    Phone/Zoom

    • We are happy to set up a phone call or Zoom if you have something you want to discuss.

  • Daytime (6AM - 10PM)
    Group Text

    • Any pre-labor signs (losing mucus plug, menstrual-like cramps or contractions, baby has dropped, loose stools, bloody show, etc.)

    • You want some ideas or suggestions

    • You want to provide an update

    • You want to set up a phone call

    Nighttime (10PM - 6AM)
    Group Text - Note: please reserve nighttime texts for when you are in labor

    • You think your water broke:

      • Make note of TACO: Time | Amount | Color | Odor)

    • You are having progressing contractions (less than 7 minutes apart for over an hour)

    • You have a concern or need labor support
