Contacting Your Doula Team
As your doula team, we always love hearing from you! Below are some reminders to help you know when and how to contact us. We are here to help you navigate any changes, answer questions and support you with any decisions. Keep in mind, for any non-urgent messages, we may take up to 24 hours to respond.

If you have experienced situations in your life that were traumatizing such as a death of a loved one, sexual abuse or past birth trauma, it can sometimes resurface during your birthing time. It is important to talk about this with your partner and birth support team and do some healing work before birth. Some clients do somatic healing, hypnotherapy, EMDR and others work with trauma specialists. Here are some books we recommend:
