We are on-call 24 hours a day starting at 37 weeks until after your birth.
During labor, we've got you. We bring our knowledge, experience, and intuition to every birth, and that means wearing a lot of hats. Sometimes it's emotional support and tending to your nervous system. Other times it's helping labor along with new positions, movement, relaxation, visualization, or a well-timed shower or bath.
Hands-on comfort. Massage, counter pressure, hot and cold therapy, aromatherapy, rebozo techniques: we've got a whole toolkit. But your partner stays front and center as your main support. We're right beside them, stepping in as much or as little as you both want.
Calm voices, clear choices. We offer reassurance and perspective to you and your partner, walk you through your birth options as things unfold, and make sure you have everything you need to make confident, informed decisions about your care.
